3. Pricing and Payment

Subscription Fees: You agree to pay the fees associated with your selected subscription tier. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Price Changes: Prices for our services are subject to change without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any price changes that affect your existing subscription.

Overage Charges: Usage limits apply to each pricing tier. If your usage exceeds the limits of your selected tier (e.g., number of AI voice minutes, lead captures, or generated content), we reserve the right to invoice you for the extra usage. These overage charges will be calculated based on our standard Pay-As-You-Go rates applicable at the time of the overage.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Data Ownership and Privacy

You retain ownership of the data you input into the Platform. We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect user activity data to improve our services, but sensitive raw data (such as conversation transcripts) remains accessible only to you.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RealMate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
